Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the User Agreement for All Occasions Frames (Herein after known as “All Occasions Frames”) ("User Agreement").
This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains at All Occasions Frames (the "Site"). If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, you may not use or access our services.
1. Use of All Occasions Frames
All Occasions Frames Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using All Occasions Frames you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All Occasions Frames Site could be made up of a number of stores, These Terms and Conditions govern your use of All Occasions Frames Site and Online Stores and all services provided in connection with these.
All orders and purchases made on All Occasions Frames Site will also be governed by the specific Product Terms relevant to each Online Store.

2. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on All Occasions Frames Site. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use All Occasions Frames Site and the Online Stores. 3. Registration

7. Refunds on promotional offers
Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Excluded Services
The services provided by All Occasions Frames Site do not include the provision of computer or other necessary equipment to access All Occasions Frames. To use All Occasions Frames site you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur.
9. Intellectual property
The content of All Occasions Frames Site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgment by a Court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with any claim by any third party that the use of All Occasions Frames Site by you is defamatory, offensive or abusive, or of an obscene or pornographic nature, or is illegal or constitutes a breach of any applicable law, regulation or code of practice.
Any claim by any third party that the use of All Occasions Frames Site by you infringes that third party's copyright or other intellectual property rights of whatever nature; and any fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory, advertising or trading body or authority in connection with the use of All Occasions Frames Site by you.

All Occasions Frames cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free.
